Jo is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Ergonomist and has worked in both civil and military aviation for 35 years. Her main focus has been on cockpit design and assessment and has recently been working with the CAA and major UK airlines on the production of guidance material to support the trainers in the development and assessment of CRM skills.
