CRA-synergy specialises in the design and evaluation of those aspects of tasks that directly affect human performance, particularly in complex systems, such as banking, defence, process plant and public transport. CRA-synergy applies ergonomics and psychology expertise to ensure, or demonstrate, that all task interfaces within a system (hardware, software, procedures and training, other people, etc.) closely support the users’ requirements for information and control. This approach seeks to exploit human strengths whilst compensating for human weaknesses and thus reduces the risk of human error to lead to improved productivity and safety.
